UP-ARMOURED SCORPIO

The discretely protected Scorpio is an ideal vehicle for VIPs, providing them with security on the move and ride comfort. The Up-Armoured Scorpio is already in service with Indian Armed Forces and other Security Forces of India as well as Foreign Countries for VIP protection.

Ballistic Specifications:
Provides protection to all occupants against 7.62mm x 51mm NATO Ball (SLR), 5.56mm x 45mm (INSAS) & 7.62mm x 39mm (AK-47) as under:

Front, Sides & Rear: At 90 degree angle of attack from 10 metres.

Top: At 45 degree angle of attack from 10 metres.

Bottom:
Ballistic carpet to provide 98% under belly protection against shrapnel of two DM51 Grenades exploded simultaneously.
