RAKSHAK

It is a cost effective solution for security forces deployed in counter-insurgency and
anti-militancy operations. It is already in use with the Indian Armed Forces,
State & Paramilitary Forces of India and some foreign countries.

Ballistic Specifications:
Provides protection to all occupants against 7.62mm x 51mm NATO Ball (SLR), 5.56mm x 45mm (INSAS) & 7.62mm x 39mm (AK-47) as under:

Front, Sides & Rear: At 90 degree angle of attack from 10 metres.

Top: At 45 degree angle of attack from 10 metres.

Bottom: Ballistic carpet to provide 98% under belly protection against shrapnel of two DMS/ DM51 Grenades exploded simultaneously.
